The Greater Dallas Restaurant Association (GDRA) offers a proctored test for ServSafe Certification. Location is: 8111 LBJ Freeway - Ste.775, Dallas, Texas 75251.

You must pre-register by calling the GDRA office in advance with a credit card or payment must be received by check or cash at least 3 days in advance of testing.

Check in requirements:
Two (2) forms of identification are required upon checking in:
1) One form of i.d. must have the examinee's photograph (e.g. driver's license, state ID, student ID, military ID, employee ID, or valid passport)
2) Another form of identification must have the examinee's signature (e.g. credit card, library card).

NOTE: Only one ID with both photograph and signature is not acceptable - two SEPARATE IDs must be presented. Examinees who do not provide two forms of ID, or who do not provide authentic ID, cannot be admitted to the examination location.
